Happy Jack Wind Project – Holland & Hart served as lead counsel to Duke Energy Renewables in the project development and financing of a 29.4-MW Wind Farm west of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Holland &Hart drafted and negotiated the real property rights documents for the project and undertook the project development work, including negotiation of BOP contract, shared facilities agreement, and permitting work.
Energy Generation Project 5 – Holland & Hart served as lead counsel in connection with the disposition of the development assets related to an early stage wind project in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Silver Sage Wind Project – Holland & Hart represented Duke Energy Renewables in the project development and financing of a 42-MW Wind Farm west of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Holland &Hart drafted and negotiated the real property rights documents for the project and assisted in permitting, a power purchase agreement with Platte River Power Authority, and a shared facilities agreement.
Top of the World Wind Project – Holland & Hart served as lead development counsel to Duke Energy Renewables in connection with the development and $231 million financing of a 200.2-MW wind project near Casper, Wyoming. The project was featured in the November 2011 issue of North American Windpower. Holland & Hart also advised on permitting issues (including industrial siting) and negotiated real estate agreements, turbine supply agreements with General Electric and Siemens, and a power purchase agreement with PacifiCorp.
Campbell Hill Wind Project – Holland & Hart served as lead counsel to Duke Energy Renewables in connection with the development and financing of a 99-MW wind generation facility in Converse and Natrona Counties, Wyoming. Development representation included negotiation and drafting of real estate agreements, permitting (including industrial siting), interconnection and power purchase agreements with PacifiCorp, and operations and maintenance agreements.
